1. Oil use: Traditionally, peanuts are mainly used for oil extraction, accounting for approximately 60% of the total peanut production. At present, the level of processing and utilization is constantly improving. The main methods for extracting peanut oil include pressing, solvent extraction (also known as extraction), and water dissolution.

2. Eating: The traditional eating methods in China include raw food and simple processing such as cooking, frying, frying, and roasting, or specialized processing into food. Processed food mainly includes candy, cakes, snacks, Congee, soup, drinks, western style, etc.

3. For deep processed food:

(1) Peanut butter: For example, there are multiple production lines in Shanting, Junan, Qingdao, and other places in Shandong Province. The products are mainly used for export and are becoming increasingly popular in the domestic market.

(2) Peanut protein beverage, fruit tea, instant peanut dairy products, etc.: The sensory properties of peanut protein beverage are milky white milky liquid, soft in taste, sweet and delicious, without peculiar smell, with peanut fragrance, without the beany and astringent smell of soybean milk, which is easily accepted by consumers.

 

 

 

Our factory has strict management standards and has passed the HACCP certification. From raw materials, production, packaging, to pre-delivery aflatoxin testing we will be very good control.

 

 

 

The production workshop is mainly designed for peanut products, equipped with corresponding production lines and various processing equipment.

We have introduced an air peeling machine, which greatly reduces the damage rate of peanuts during the peeling process compared to traditional peeling methods. X-rays can remove large impurities (such as stones, glass, ceramics, thread heads, etc.). The vibrating screen will filter out small impurities, such as flower buds. The color selection opportunity helps us screen out moldy or poorly colored peanuts.
